Chinese telecom software developer and wireless value-added services (WVAS) provider Talkweb Information System (002261.SZ) announced today that the company has reached an agreement with Finnish mobile game developer Rovio to acquire the mainland China operating rights for the Android simplified Chinese versions of mobile casual games Angry Birds and Bad Piggies.
